A Typical Story!
Roger Whitson, father of Lindy Whitson, was taught by his parents to always save and invest for the future. So, Roger put $25 a week into blue chip stocks.
One of those stocks was X-Rock Corporation. X-Rock did quite well for years but then some crooked executives at X-Rock cooked the books and the company ended up losing almost everything.
Roger's stock in X-Rock was worthless. Unknown to Roger some other investors initiated a class action suit against X-Rock and after many years of litigation settled with the accounting firm that audited X-Rocks accounting records.
Roger did not know about the federal court case against X-Rock even though he was entitled to a share of the settlement. Roger
retired and shortly thereafter Roger passed away. Lindy Whitson had no
idea that her father was entitled to funds from the X-Rock Settlement
Last year National Locate Services found Lindy Whitson and
delivered a check for $48,562.00. Needless to say Lindy was thrilled.
National Locate Services finds the Lindy Whitson's of the world and
makes their day!
